When it comes down to the promises of God our beliefs are in full effect. The bible tells us ‘all the promises of God are Yes in Christ.’ The enemy and his allies will throw up situations, circumstances, issues, and even pain to make us doubt this. That’s where our beliefs come into play. As one writer asked “are you looking for a reason to doubt God’s promises or a reason to believe and claim them”? No matter what we’re faced with now, how large, intense, or consuming it may appear, a brief look back at what God has already brought us through should remind us He has a promise to get us through this s well, if we believe. Do you?
