Do It Now!
Procrastination is a favorite hiding place. – D. Waitley
The people wondered why they were in a drought and facing hard times. God had Haggai remind them it was because of they put off building His house for their own. Hmm!
Tomorrow – it’s the favorite day of the week. It’s where we put those things we don’t want to face today, those decisions we don’t want to make, that ‘new leaf’ we’re going to turn over. Admittedly, though we know tomorrow is not promised to us we put a lot of stock in it, particularly when it comes to putting our lives in order and being obedient to God and His Word. The opportunities and revelations that God brings to our attention are meant to be addressed then – ‘God’s timing is always perfect’ – not later. Our delays and procrastinations only hinder and turn away blessings that always follow obedience to God. Today is the day that God is blessing so we should seek Him now.
Until tomorrow…..

Always There
At the tone, the time will be….. – Operator
David wrote in the Psalms that ‘no matter where he thought he could go’ he couldn’t escape meeting up with God there. Hmm!
TIMING – we all know it’s critical. A second too soon or too late could spell disaster. But when it comes to God we often don’t relate Him to the here and now. We often relate to Him in terms of what He’s done in the past for us, or how we’re asking Him to help us defeat this gigantic problem we’re up against. But He is the God of the here and now – time exists solely because of Him alone – and He’s ever present in every second. Often we spend time ‘waiting’ on God to move or act and fail to realize we can still enjoy Him in the process. One does not preclude the other. He’s an ever-present God. So as the song says ‘Don’t Wait Til’ Midnite’, CALL NOW! And I can guarantee the time will be that much better.
Until tomorrow……
